Q: WHERE DO THE FLIGHTS OUT OF WICHITA FALLS FLY TO?
Currently flights from Wichita Falls fly to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport only.

Q: WHEN SHOULD I GET TO THE AIRPORT FOR MY FLIGHT?
If you are checking baggage arrive 90 minutes prior to your flight departure.
If you are only taking carry-on baggage arrive 60 minutes before your flight departure. Passengers arriving inside of 45 minutes prior to departure will not be allowed to check any baggage. Failure to check-in 45 minutes prior to departure may result in the loss of your reservation and prevent you from boarding your scheduled flight.

Q: IS THERE LONG TERM PARKING AT WFMA?
Parking is $5.00 a day. Customer will receive a ticket upon entering the long term parking lot. Please keep the ticket on person and away from direct sunlight. You may pay at the exit gate with credit card or pay with cash at the pay station located in side the terminal after scanning ticket upon leaving the terminal. There is no hourly fee. Short- term parking is located outside in front of the terminal.

Q: DOES THE PARKING LOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS FOR THE PARKING FEE?
Yes, The Pay-In-Lanes accept all major credit cards. You can also pay for your parking inside of the administration office.

Q: WHAT AIRLINES FLY OUT OF WICHITA FALLS?
Currently American Airlines is the only airline that flies out of Wichita Falls.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES A TICKET COST TO FLY FROM WICHITA FALLS, TX TO PHOENIX, AZ (OR
ANY OTHER LOCATION)?

Q: I PRINTED MY BOARDING PASS ON-LINE. DO I STILL NEED TO CHECK IN AT THE AIRLINE TICKET
COUNTER?
If you have bags to check, you still need to go to the airline ticket counter. If you only have carry-on baggage, you may proceed directly to the security checkpoint when it is opened for screening.

Q: CAN I PARK AT THE CURB IN FRONT OF THE TERMINAL?
Parking in front of the terminal building at the curb is for immediate loading and unloading only. Waiting is not allowed, and vehicles left unattended will be towed away at owner’s expense.

Q: I TRAVEL FOR BUSINESS, AND MY COMPANY REIMBURSES ME FOR PARKING. DO THE PARKING
GATES GIVE RECEIPTS?
The gates will dispense a receipt after payment is made.

Q: I’M MILITARY AND HAVE SEVERAL BAGS TO CHECK, WHAT ARE MY RESTRICTIONS?

Q: WHAT IS THE AIRPORT CODE FOR WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT?
Wichita Falls Municipal Airport’s airport code is SPS. Most booking websites will say Sheppard Air Force Base, this is correct. Wichita Falls Municipal Airport shares the same runways and airfield as Sheppard Air Force Base.
